Hands on DC is a nonprofit organization that renovates and rehabilitates DC  public schools. The video was created to raise money and increase recruitment, and has been extremely effective in accomplishing its goals. It is currently being compressed for distribution on DVD and will be streamed from Hands On DC's website.
